Can reflexology help me?
"Stress may be the cause underlying as many as 78% of all disease. Complementary health therapies such as reflexology help bring down stress levels and enable the body to keep itself healthy. It gives me great pleasure to share reflexology with you."
-Georgie Coote, Certified Reflexologist
Absolutely! Reflexology is gentle and non invasive with no side effects. Its benefits can be felt by anyone. Through its relaxation effects, reflexology has been seen to help the symptoms, and sometimes the causes, of many ailments such as:
• Hormone imbalance, including PMS and menopause
• Infertility
• Headaches and migraines
• Digestive disorders
• Low back pain and sciatica
• Neck and shoulder pain and tension
• Multiple Sclerosis
• Fibromyalgia
• Arthritis
The list goes on……
If you decide that the time has come to address an ongoing concern please allow yourself time to heal. It will not happen overnight and you must make a commitment to allow the healing process to take place. Initial sessions are most likely to be weekly for the first three to four weeks so make sure you can schedule and keep the appointments before you embark on a course of sessions. Sessions received in this way are far more effective than irregular sessions with long gaps in between, saving you time and money in the long run. This is a different approach for many people — conventional medicine will relieve symptoms quickly, but does not always address the root cause which is necessary for long term health. Give your health the priority it deserves, make the time and the rewards will be worth it!
