I discovered reflexology prior to my second pregnancy in the U.K. when I sought help for secondary infertility. Regular sessions not only relieved my stress and enabled me to conceive, but continued sessions throughout the pregnancy reduced my lower back pain and prepared me for birth. After a two-hour labor at home and a quick recovery, I was eager to share this wonderful experience with others.
I moved to the U.S. three months later. It’s here that I trained and opened my own reflexology practice.
I use my natural intuition, compassionate nature and a blend of reflexology and Reiki to quickly make clients feel at ease and allow themselves to move into a relaxed state where true self healing occurs.
My clients range from newborn babies, children, adults and seniors and because of my own experience I have a particular passion for working with clients during preconception, pregnancy, labor and the postpartum stage.
I also volunteer at Seattle Children's Hospital on a weekly basis giving free reflexology sessions in the Family Resource Centre for parents and caregivers.
